為鼓勵會員子女努力向學，本會每年皆設「會員子女學業成績優秀獎勵金」供會員子女申請。凡會員入會滿 1 年，其子女在學業成績表現卓越者，均可提出申請。

In order to encourage children of member to attain academic excellence, every year the association will initiate a “Award Program For Member’s Children”, which could be applied for.
For any member of good standing of 1 year or more applying on behalf or child / children, academic achievement of the child in 2009 should be as follows.

(1)小學一年級至五年級 Standard 1 to Standard 5	全年年終總平均80分或以上 An average of 80 points or better for the whole school year.  須全科及格，操行乙等以上  A pass in all subjects taken, personal character of grade B or better.	* PMR、SPM 及STPM 華文科考獲A者，將另獲特別獎勵金。 * All applications with grade A for Chinese language in the PMR, SPM or STPM examination shall be entitled to a special reward. * UPSR、PMR及STPM考獲 成績最好者，將另獲 「鄺秉權特別獎勵金」。 * The most outstanding applicant in each category under UPSR, PMR & STPM examination shall be entitled to an additional reward provided by Mr.Khong Kim Lyew in the name of his late father Mr.Khong Peng Koon. * SPM考獲成績最好者， 將另獲 「鄺錦源特別獎勵金」。 * The most outstanding applicant in the SPM examination shall be entitled to an additional reward provided by Mr.Khong Kim Lyew in the name of his late elder brother Mr.Khong Kim Nyoon. * UPSR, PMR, SPM & STPM考獲三科語言(華文、馬來文、英文) A者，將另獲 「盧定萍特別獎勵金」。 * All applications with grade A for Chinese, Malay & English language in the UPSR, PMR, SPM & STPM examination shall be entitled to an additional reward provided by Mr. Loo Ah Kau in the name of his deceased daughter, Ms. Lu Ting Ping.
(2)*UPSR 小六檢定考試  UPSR Examination	3A或以上 3A or better. 須全科及格 A pass in all subjects.
(3) 初中一至初中三 & 高中一至高中三 Junior Middle 13 & Senior Middle 13	全年年終總平均75分或以上  An average of 75 points or better for the whole school year.  須全科及格，操行乙等以上  A pass in all subjects taken, personal character of grade B or better.
(4)*PMR 大馬初中評估考試 PMR Examination	5A2B/4A3B或以上 5A2B/4A3B or better  須全科及格 A pass in all subjects taken.
(5)初中統一考試  Junior Middle Three Unified Examination	4A2B或以上 (華文、國文、英文、數學必須考獲A)  4A2B or better. (with Grade A to Chinese Language, Malay Language, English Language and Mathematics) 須全科及格 A pass in all subjects taken.
(6)*SPM 大馬教育文憑考試 SPM Examination	4A2B或以上 4A2B or better. 須全科及格 A pass in all subjects taken.
(7)高中統一考試  Senior Middle Three Unified Examination	2A2B或以上(華文必須考獲A)  2A2B or better. (Grade A for Chinese Language)  須全科及格 A pass in all subjects taken.
(8)*STPM & A Level 大馬高級教育文憑考試 STPM & A Level Examination	2A2B或以上(至少考4科)  2A2B or better. (subject to have taken a least 4 subjects) 須全科及格 A pass in all subjects taken.
(9) Lower Six 大學先修班	2A2B或以上2A2B or better.  須全科及格 A pass in all subjects taken.

注意事項 Conditions To Be Noted:

1. 只接受馬來西亞中、小學考試成績。
   Only results from Primary and Secondary schools in Malaysia are accepted for consideration.
2. 申請「STPM考試」獎勵金者，本會接受受政府接受及承認的本地大學成績及本地私立學院成績。
   For applicants in the STPM Examination category, the Association accept government school result a well as those from recognized local Universities and private college results.
3. 申請者只可申請以上任何1項獎勵金。
   An applicant can only apply for each one category listed above.
4. 申請者請攜帶 以下證件 To apply please bring along:
   1. 2009年學業成績影印本（必須由學校當局蓋章簽名證實）
      Certified True Copy of the School Report Card 2009
   2. 學生報生紙影印本
      Certified True Copy of Certificate of Birth
5. 申請表格可於於本網站下載有關申請表格，填妥後連同所須文件交來本會辦事處，惟恕本會不接受通過傳真申請。逾期恕不接受。
   Applicant form may be obtained from the office of the Association or download from the Association’s website www.kwongsiew.org. All completed application form shall be accompanied by supporting documents and delivered to the Association office, we are not accept the application via fax.
6. 得獎者名單將公佈於本會佈告欄及本會網站，另外申請者可向秘書處查詢。
   Successful applicants will be advised via our Association, notice board, Association’s website www.kwongsiew.org, or to contact the Associations secretariat.
7. 得獎者必須出席於雪隆廣肇大廈六樓禮堂舉行的頒獎典禮。
   The award ceremony will be held on 25/11/2010(Thursday)at 11am. in the great hall located on the 6th Floor, Wisma Kwong Siew.
