Incentive Award 2009 Notice

為鼓勵會員子女努力向學，本會每年皆設學業成績優秀獎勵金供會員子女申請，今年2009年度會員子女學業成績優秀獎勵金，開始接受申請。凡會員入會滿1年或以上，其子女在2008年學業成績優秀者，均可申請。
申請表格可於01/10/2009開始前來本會辦事處索取，或於本會網站下載。表格填妥後連同所須文件交來本會辦事處，惟恕本會不接受通過傳真申請。
申請截止日期為30/10/2009, (下午) 4 pm.，逾期恕不接受。

In order to encourage our members’ children to excel in their studies, our association provides incentive awards to them every year. Application for incentive awards is now open. Members who have been with the association for one year or longer and whose children have excellent academic results in 2008 can apply for the above awards.
Application forms can be obtained from our office from the 01/10/2009 or alternatively, download the forms from our website. Please complete the forms and send them back to our office with all the relevant documents. Fax applications will not be accepted.
Please submit your applications by 4.00pm, 30/10/2009. Late applications will not be entertained.
