(1) If members have any proposals for discussion at the AGM, they must first submit written proposals to the Secretary-General of the association not later than 07/04/2013. A committee will look into the proposal(s) and, if approved, will bring them up for discussion during the AGM. Late submission of proposals will not be entertained. The proposer(s) themselves have to be present at the AGM for the proposals to be valid ( if adopted.)
(2) Members attending the 2013 AGM must bring along their membership ID or NRIC for identification purposes.
